We are excited to feature Martin Beaulieu, Founder of Quantum Brewing, alongside his new business partner, Stephanie Harrison, for a behind the scenes look at how applied chemistry and systems thinking can radically reduce waste and resource intensity in modern production.
Martin founded Quantum Brewing with a vision that went far beyond craft beer. Drawing from a background rooted in scientific rigor and process optimization, Quantum Brewing was designed as a living laboratory where chemistry, fermentation science, and sustainability intersect. Every aspect of the operation has been intentionally engineered to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and rethink how materials and energy flow through a production system.
